We start with a web-based home office database management system that centralizes information from your theatres for easy analysis. All of our systems are designed to work together. Booking, box office, concession inventory, film payment, film settlement, trailer management, data collection, third party transmissions, accounting export, payroll export provide the infrastructure for a growing enterprise. Point of sale information is collected in real-time or end-of-day transfers so you always know what is happening at your circuit. We eliminate data entry by pushing core booking and inventory information to your theatre point of sale. Managers do not need to set up new items; they just need to use the information you have given them.
No Transaction Fees
Are you tired of paying per-transaction fees? We provide gateway credit card processing services and gift card processing for no additional charges. We can help you negotiate the lowest ‘interchange plus’ pricing with credit card processors based upon your transaction volume. We believe these core functions should be built into the software instead of a cost that increases just because your revenue increases. Simple Per Theatre Pricing
Even if your grosses and revenues are seasonal, your technology costs don’t have to be. Our system is priced like a monthly car payment, so there are no pricing suprises. Your contract specifies all of the systems that are included, and as long as you are under contract, all support and upgrades are free.
Point Of Sale
At the core of our in-theatre systems is a point of sale system built on a Microsoft SQL Server database engine. SQL server provides mission critical database stability for the highest transaction volumes. Unlimited titles, show times, advanced scheduling, ticket prices, concession items and payment types are allowed, and our internet ticketing engine immediately recognizes any changes you make. High-end features like remote prep printing, print-at-home ticketing, and reserved seating are built-in, so you can try them when you are ready. We designed the point of sale from the ground up to seamlessly communicate with your home office system.
Home Office System Is Included
Are you paying separately for your home office system? Was your home office system created by a company that did not create your point of sale system? So why would you send them to someone else’s web site to sell your tickets and then pay that service to sell YOUR tickets? We handle the entire purchase process by adding a single link from your web site. For your customers, it looks like they are using your web site. Of course our ticketing engine also supports Movietickets.com if you want to allow them to sell your tickets.
Hosted Solutions
We maintain your central database in a world class data center. Our web hosted solutions are connected to your theatres with the security of encrypted virtual private networks. You do not have to worry about buying servers and licenses or constantly updating operating systems or backing up and securing your data. In addition to cost savings, this lets you focus on running your business instead of using in-house employees to keep your computer equipment running. Our data center uses multiple internet providers to assure high-availability and redundancy.
We Do Not Sell Hardware
Everyone knows computer hardware is a now a commodity. If your technology provider is selling you hardware they have designed, or re-selling or promoting someone else’s equipment, they are probably charging you a mark-up price for it. We do not. We only tell you what will work with our system, and we do not receive compensation from hardware vendors. If we tell you a specific brand or model that works well, it is because one of our customers is having success with it, or we have tested it in our lab to be sure it is compatible. You can work directly with any hardware provider to get the best price, features and warranty that works for you. Most exhibitors with more than five theatres know the cost savings they can realize from procuring their own hardware.

We do not export our software and we do not outsource code development to programmers in other countries. This means we are not distracted by issues unrelated to US based movie theatre operations and you can reach us during your regular operating hours.

Have you ever needed a new feature that is core to your operations but your software provider tells you it will cost extra for discovery, development, and implementation? As long as it is a feature that makes our software more comprehensive for theatre operators, we will add it to our project list and we will not charge you for development.
