Coupon Processing

Our electronic coupon processing system allows you to create single or multi-use coupon numbers for tickets or items discounts. The coupon numbers may be distributed for traditional coupon printing or mobile devices for barcode redemption from optional wireless scanners. You may use them for rainchecks or group admission tickets. Their redemption is tracked to the theatre, employee and terminal for easy auditing. Our loyalty system natively uses our coupon system to redeem customer rewards.

Pass Cards

Our electronic pass card system can manage all of your pass types. You may set per-day, lifetime, or specific day of week limits for each of your pass types. Individual pass cards may their own custom rules. These can be season passes, employee passes, customer appreciation or any pass type you need. When the pass type is selected at the point of sale, you just enter or swipe the pass card number for approval. Aggregate totals are shown on your theatre reports and detailed usage information is available from a corporate web site for monitoring and analysis. Because the system is electronic, you may cancel, change expiration dates, or add new cards quickly. This is especially efficient for annual pass cards so you don't have to print new cards each year.
